Can I Cancel or Pause my Subscription?
To cancel or pause your subscription, simply log into your account, click the "my subscription account" button and set your status to "cancel." It will give you a choice of a month to reactivate (if you choose to pause) or to cancel completely. If you cancel completely, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your records. Should you choose to rejoin, log back in and set your status back to "active" and you will pick up where you left off! Please be sure to cancel by the last day of the month. Once your account is billed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Can I Send Products Back?
Due to the nature of the products we send, we are unable to accept returns on entire boxes or individual products, even if unused. We have redone the website so that we feel that before you order you have 100% insight into what you are getting into. If you get box 1 and you are COMPLETELY disappointed with the experience and feel that you were short changed, email us at email@example.com and we will make it right. We are 100% committed to customer service and will hear EVERYONE out. That is our “satisfaction guarantee”.
When Do I Get My Shipment?
For first box orders, we ship within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email on the day your order goes out with a tracking number, and it will also show in your "My Account" tab. For recurring customers (boxes 2+) who are successfully billed on the 1st of the month, boxes ship on a rolling basis during the first two weeks of the month. Of course, if you have a specific deadline that you need to receive the box by, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Can I change my billing Frequency?
Yes! If you are on monthly and are getting busy at work or traveling, switch to every-other-month. If you are on every-other-month and feeling the connection, switch to monthly.
Do You Charge for Shipping?
Shipping is included for subscriptions delivered to the United States and is an extra $10 for subscriptions shipping to Canada. Individual boxes and products purchased through the online boutique are charged a flat $5 for United States deliveries and are international deliveries are charged the actual shipping cost based on the weight of the shipment. Additional duties may be assessed for international deliveries based on the country of delivery's determination of value in the Customs clearance process. Does Everyone Get the Same Things Every Month?
No! Our boxes are customized to individual tastes. Our process is designed to help you to discover things each other like, and sometimes don't like, on the way to building communication, closeness, and fun. Additionally, because we know what we've sent you, we never send you products we've sent before (I mean, really, who wants lubricant every month?)
Do You Send Boxes for Review?
Yes, we do send boxes for review! We currently work with content creators who: 1) have a minimum of six months blogging with regular posts on a well-maintained site 2) write in our market or an adjacent market 3) put "thought" into their review (versus just listing the products and values) 4) Have a readership that matches our predominant customer demographic If you believe you meet the above criteria, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your site(s) and readership information.
